Never give up never look back
once you've lifted your cross on your back
never leave Christ and turn your back
though you fall, look up to Christ who will guide you back on track
Do not halt at the woes of temptation
Do not be discouraged at the corners of frustration
Don't you forget, your iniquities are forgiven!
Only to grow up as a mature Christian
Struggle goes on between sin in you
warring against the Christ in you
Do not obey your old master
but crucify him with Holy Spirit the comforter
Remember Him the Ebenezer,
Look forward for the coming redeemer,
who brings you the crown of righteousness
and takes you into golden mansions
and gives you glorified body in brightness
Who fills you with His joy divine
Satisfies you with His Spirit's wine
even though you are in this sinful world
you can taste a glimpse of the everlasting world
Oh! what a joy fills the heart,
When Christ comes into our heart,
just a glimpse of Him in glory,
delights our heart with inexpressible merry.
This is true my friend, not just a poem
This world finally will end up in mayhem
never give up reciting heavenly anthem
always be joyful and pray unceasing in tandem
So never give up never look back
